distinguish between open employment and disguised unemployment

In simple employment people used to work on wages but in disguised unemployment people used to appear as employed but they are actually not.

Open unemployment:-
under this the worker is ready to work but he is unable to find job it can occur in any sector.

Disguised Unemployment:-
under this more workers are employed then the requirement so the workers are working but all of them are made to work less than their potential.
under this if the extra workers are removed the production doesn't fall .
it occurs mainly in agriculture .
