Eukaryotic cells contain membrane bound cell organelles tha is it contain well defined nucleus.

prokaryatic contain lack of membrane bound cell organelles which it does not contain well defined nucleus.

Eukaryotic cells are the cells which have a well defined nucleus examples are plants , animals , fungi

Prokaryotic cells are the cells which do not have a well defined nuclear membrane and the nuclear material lies freely in cytoplasm of cell examples are blue-green alge and bacteria
