The main difference between prokaryotes and eukaryotes that in prokaryotes nucleus is not well developed and in eukaryotes nucleus is well developed.

Eukaryotic Cell :-
Cell is generally large.
Nuclear material is surrounded by a nuclear membrane.
More than one chromosome are present.
Nucleolous is present.
Cell organelles is bounded by membrane and are present.
Cell division is by meiotic.
