Rabi crops :- winter crops , sown in October, harvested in March . ex :- wheat , maize , soybean

Kharif crops:- rainy crops,sown in April, harvested in october , .ex:- rice, pulses,

Zaid :- no perfect season , sown between two crop seasons , contains fruit and vegetables. ex pea , cucumber , cauliflower etc
