Thallophyta do not have well differentiated body design while bryophyte have differentiated body design in the form of leaves and stems while pteridophyta is well differentiated into stem, roots and leaves.
Thallophyta and Bryophyta not have vascular tissues while pteridophyta has vascular tissue for the conduction of water and food.

Thallophyta:Spirogyra,ulothrix,Cladophora,Ulva and Chara.
Bryophyta:Marchantia ,Riccia,Funaria.
Pteridophyta: Marsilea, Fern and Horse tail.
