Instead they are paid wages by farmowners for whom they work. Wages can be in cash or in kind e.g. crops. ... While a farmer who is the owner of his farm may or may not work on his own farm. He can employ farm labourers or landless labourers to work on their farms.
the farmer who is working on his own land will get whatever he does for him he doesn't work for another
but the landless farmer may not get by his workings because he has to work on another Land and may the owner of the land may not give him enough

A farmer working in his own farm has no restrictions he can get enough money after selling the surplus by which he can survive . ..........but a landless labourer who is working in any other farm gets money which is very little in comparison of there hard work that's because they do not about the wages that they short because they are illiterate. There's one more problem for them that if they borrow some money from big farmers and when the time comes to return the money they have to work in the farms of the big farmers without any earning whether the big farmers get loans easily from the banks and are also able to return it.
