Following below is the answer:

Neutrality basically refers to the state of being neutral, non bias, not siding with either parties in a conflict.

Example: The arbitrator remained passive throughout the conflict and the neutrality of the country was respected by both armies on either sides. Neutrality is the principle that all in all situations should be treated equally.

On the other hand anonymity refers to the condition of being anonymous. "anonymous"  may be used to describe situations in which the subject of the conversation is anonymous or he/she remains unknown

Eg: A person who feels threatened might attempt to stay in a state of anonymity for their protection.

Neutrality means remaining neutral and not picking up any side.

In case of a conflict or disagreement, if a third person does not pick any side, then he or she is acting neutral.

Anonymity on the other hand is not being known or keeping one's identification a secret or hidden
