when any reaction is done.. and it undergoes change of state i.e., it's molecules either get more compact arrangement or go far from each other it is the change of state...
and the path followed by the reaction is the path and then the whole work done is termed as process..
example.. camphor is burnt heat is its path solid changes to gas it is the change of state and the process is Sublimation
