Distinguish between the terms “overloading and short circuiting” as used in domestic circuits.

overloading takes place when too many appliances are plugged in same socket,or when too many loads are connected in a circuit whereas short-circuit takes place when live wire and neutral wire touch each other due to torn insulation....hope it helps
