total income means the total amount received by a person in a specific time.For example my total income of a year is ₹100000.
average income means the amount i received as an average ,which means not a fixed amount. For example i got 100₹ in 1 day and 300₹ in next day, so my average invome is 100+300 divided by 2 which is ₹200.
