Voluntary action:

1)Voluntary action is controlled by the cerebrum of the brain. Cerebrum sends its message to the voluntary muscles to act through the neurons or nerves.

2) Actions which is desire to do is caused by voluntary muscles causing a voluntary action

Involuntary action:

1) Involuntary action is controlled by the medulla oblongata and the spinal cord.

2) Actions which are mandatory to happen in the body for its normal functioning. Eg: breathing, heartbeat, blinking etc.
