weather is affected by temperature, pressure , humidity, cloudiness, wind, precipitation, snowfall, etc.

where as

climate of a place is observed on the basis of long term observations of the atmospheric condition of any place like humidity, sunshine, wind etc.

An example of climate is when it is snowy and rainy.
