[1] It is Unicellular.
[2] Cell size are 1 - 10 micro.
[3] Chromosomes are Linear.
[4] Vacuoles are Absent.

✴Eukaryotic Cell :-

[1] It is both Unicellular and Multicellular.
[2] Cell Size are 5 - 100 micro.
[3] Chromosomes are Curcular.
[4] Vacuoles are Present.

Prokaryotes:
No true nucleus
Usually circular without histone proteins
Couples in cytoplasm
Ribosomes-- 50s+ 30s
They are single celled
Cell division occurs by binary fission
Cell organelles are absent
Example: bacteria and archaea

Eukaryotes:
They have true nucleus
They are linear with histone proteins
RNA synthesis inside nucleus/protein synthesis in cytoplasm
Ribosomes-- 60s+40s
They are single, colonial and multicellular
Cell division occurs by mitosis and meiosis
There are numerous cell organelles...
