What is the difference between legislative and executive power?
So, what is the difference is one cannot perform the works of other organ and that is separation of powers. Everyone know the separation of judiciary. But to mark the difference between legislature and executive is sometimes difficult. Legislature do laws and it has to be implemented by executive.
