Money burden and real burden can be distinguished in relation to public debt as follows.
Thus we can say that money burden literally means total sacrifices which is normally in terms of money whereas we can as well say that real burden means the total burden including money burden.
Therefore it is worth noting that the burden of public debt is not the same for these two;
i) the internal debt
ii) and external debt.
