Order of the reaction is the sum of coefficients of the reactants in a particular reaction.For example suppose a reaction is like -

A + B gives C.

Here order of reaction is 1+1 =2


Whereas the molecularity of the reaction is the total number of reactant species involved in the particular reaction. For example in previous example molecularity is 2 as two reactants(A and B) are involved in reaction.
