Hello dear,

● Answer- 103.8 m/s

● Explaination-
# Given-
F/A = 1000 N/m^2
vd = 100 m/s
vu = ?
ρ = 1.3 kg/m^3

# Solution-
According to Bernoulli's principle-
F = ρA (vu^2-vd^2)
F/A = ρ (vu^2-vd^2)
1000 = 1.3 (vu^2-100^2)
vu^2 = 10000 + 769.2
vu^2 = 10769.2
vu = 103.8 m/s.

Velocity of air over the wing will be 103.8 m/s.

Hope this is useful...
