ITS VERY EASY

10Y(6Y+21) / 5(2Y+7)

60Y²+210Y = 5(2Y+7)

60Y²+210Y = 10Y + 35

60Y²+210Y-10Y-35 = 0

60Y²+200Y-35 = 0

5[12Y²+40Y-7] = 0

12Y²+40Y-7 = 0/5

12Y²+42Y-2Y-7 = 0

6Y[2Y+7]-1[2Y+7] = 0

[2Y+7] [6Y-1] = 0

Y = -7/2 ; 1/6
