• Total Rupees to divide = ₹1170.

To Find :

Solution :

Let the ratios be 2x, 7x and 4x.

According to the Question,

➞ 2x + 7x + 4x = 1170.

➞ 9x + 4x = 1170.

➞ 13x = 1170.

➞ x = 1170 ÷ 13.

➞ x = 90.

Therefore,

• Share of A = 2x = ₹180.

• Share of B = 7x = ₹630.

• Share of C = 4x = ₹360.
