Correct question is :

(21 {x}^{3}  - 14 {x}^{2}  + 7x) \div 7x

Solve :

 \frac{21 {x}^{3}  - 14 {x}^{2} + 7x }{7x}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{7x(3 {x}^{2}  - 2x + 1)}{7x}  = (3 {x}^{2}  - 2x + 1)
