Let ABCD be the parallelogram, in which

AB = CD and

BC = AD

let us assume AB>CD,

Given that AB: BC = 17/7

Also, given that BC = 3.5cm

So, we get AB = 17/7 BC

AB = 8.5cm

Perimeter of the parallelogram is given by

= 2 (AB +BC)

= 2 (8.5 + 3.5)

=24 cm.
