Let parts be a, b and c
According to question
a/2 = b/3 = c/4 ----(1)
From equation 1
a= 2b/3 ----(2)
c = 4b/3 -----(3)
Now,
a+b+c = 243
=> 2b/3 + b +4b/3 = 243
=> 9b/3 = 243
=> 3b = 243
=> b = 81
First part = 54
Second part = 81
Third part = 108
According to question
