difference of year is 5-3 = 2

so, 100:121 will be the ratio ,

i.e 221 equivalent to 28730

so, multiplying factoe will be 130    ... ( 28730/221)

so, shares are = 130* 100 = 13000 for 3 years
and  = 130* 121 =15730
