Let the two parts of 28 be x and y.

∴ x + y = 28

⇒ x = 28 - y .........(1)

Also, according to the given condition,

 \frac{6}{5}x = \frac{2}{3}y

⇒ 18(28 -y) = 10 y [By Cross Multiplying]

⇒ 504 - 18y = 10y

⇒ 18y = 504

⇒ y = 28

Now,
(1)⇒ x = 28 - y

⇒ x = 28 - 28

⇒ x = 0

So, the two parts are 28 and 0.
