divide 30 into two parts such that one is 6 more other . what are two parts

so other part as x + 6
x + x + 6 = 30
2x + 6 = 30
2x = 30- 6
2x = 24
x = 12
first number is 12
then , second 12 + 6 = 18


12 + 18 = 30
