Hey!!!
That's a new question.
Let the first part of 34 be x
Thus other part = (34 - x)
ATQ,
(4/7)x = (2/5)(34 - x)
=> 4x/7 = (68 - 2x)/5
=> 2x/7 = (34 - x)/5
=> 10x = 7(34 - x)
=> 10x = 148 - 7x
=> 17x = 238
=> x = 14
Thus the two parts are 14 and (34 - 14) = 20
Hope this helps
