i think you are in low class and you have not studied round up topic in maths.

so let me tell you.

if the decimals of a number is greater than or equal to 5 than we can write the next digit.

Example as in your question...

16.666666.....

since in these decimals..6 is greater than 5 so we can round of to 7

16.67

because we usually take 2 decimal digits.
