Let 'x' be first part.
Therefore other part is (6000-x)
$3 \times \frac{12 \times x}{100} = 4.5 \times \frac{16 \times (6000 - x)}{100}$
On solving, we get,
x=4000.
Hence the two parts are 4000 and 2000
