Answer:

81 x ^4 + 54 x ^ 3 - 9 x^2 - 3 x+ 2

Now

as per the question

3x + 2 = 0

3x = - 2

x = - 2 / 3

using remainder theorem

■ We know that when

=> F ( x ) is divided by ( 2x - 1 ) ,

the remainder so obtained will be f ( -2/3),

Hence,

F (-2/3) = 81 (-2/3)^4 + 54 (-2/3)^3 - 9(-2/3) ^2 - 3 (-2/3) + 2

= 81 (16/ 81 ) + 54 (-8/27) - 9 (4/9) + 2 +

2

= 16 - 16 + 4 - 4

= 0
