Let it divide in x 
so other part= 216000-x 
ATQ 
x/4= 1/5(216000-x )
x/4=43200-x/5
x/4+x/5 =43200
9x/20=43200
x=43200×20/9= 96000=FIRST PART
SECOND PART=216000-96000120000

Solution :-

Let the one part be x then the other part will be (216000 - x).

Now, according to the question.

⇒ 1/4th of x = 1/5th of (216000 - x)

⇒ x/4 = (216000 - x)/5

⇒ 5x = 4*(216000 - x)

⇒ 5x = 864000 - 4x

⇒ 5x + 4x = 864000

⇒ 9x = 864000

⇒ x = 864000/9

⇒ x = 96000

So, the first part is 96000.

The second part is 216000 - 96000

= 120000
