Concept:

We need to have a knowledge of division of 2 polynomial equations.

Given:

We are given polynomial 2 polynomial p(x)=x^{4}-5x+6\ and\ x=2-x^{2}

To find:

We need to divide p(x) by x.

Solution:

We need to p(x)÷x.

That is \frac{x^{4}-5x+6}{2-x^{2} }

Mathematically we can solve this as,

-x^{2}+2\ )\ x^{4}-5x+6\ ( -x^{2}-2

               x^{4}-2x^{2}

              _________               (subtracting)

               2x^{2} +5x-6

               2x^{2} -4

              _________               (subtracting)

               5x-2

Therefore,

Quotient=-x^{2} -2

Reminder=5x-2
