sum of 12/5 and 13/7
        = 12/5 + 13/7
             84+65/35
        = 149/35

Product of -4/7 and -1/2 = 4/14 = 2/7

So, 149/35/2/7 = 149*7/35*2 = 149/10 = 14.9

( \frac{12}{5} + \frac{13}{7} ) \div ( \frac{ - 4}{7} \times \frac{ - 1}{2} ) \\ = ( \frac{84 + 65}{35} ) \times \frac{7 \times 2}{4 \times 1} \\ = \frac{149 \times 7 \times 2}{35 \times 4 \times 1} \\ = \frac{149}{10} \\ = 14.9
