The Sum of number is
 =  \frac{ - 13}{5}  +  \frac{12}{7}  \\  =  \frac{ - 91 + 60}{35}  \\  =  \frac{ - 31}{35}
The product of number is
 =  \frac{ - 13}{7}  \times (  \frac{ - 1}{12} ) \\  =  \frac{13}{84}
Now Divide it
 =  \frac{ \frac{ - 31}{35} }{ \frac{13}{84} }  \\  =  \frac{ - 31}{35}  \times  \frac{84}{13}  \\  =  \frac{ - 2604}{455}
Hope it helps you
