sum \:  \\  \frac{ - 3}{10} + \frac{6}{25}  =  \frac{ - 15 + 12}{50 }  \\ =  \frac{ - 3}{50} \\ difference \\  \frac{ - 3}{10}  -  \frac{ 6}{25}  =  \frac{ - 15 - 12}{50}  \\  =   \frac{ - 27}{50}  \\ now \: divide \\    \frac{ - 3}{50}  \div  \frac{ - 27}{50}  \\  =   \frac{ - 3}{50}  \times  \frac{50}{ - 27} \\  =  \frac{1}{9} ans
