The two provisions are :
1) no house can reject the money bill issued by lok sabha except suggesting some changes. The lok sabha is not bound to accept it.

2) The rajya sabha cannot keep the money bill for more than 14 days. Moreover A Money bill can only be generated in Lok Sabha only.

This shows the supremacy of lok sabha with regards to the money bill. The Constitution provides various powers to lok sabha as it is directly elected house.

Hope this will be helping you.

1. Money bills can originate only in Lok Sabha

2. Rajya Sabha cannot reject a money bill but can send it back with recommendations within 14 days
