sum:
8/7+(-3/14)=13/14

difference:
8/7-(-3/14)=19/14

As per given condition we have,
sum/difference=(13/14)/(19/14)=13/19

sabsuk: thanks for this

Hi friend
______________________________________________________________
sum of
 \frac{8}{7} and  \frac{-3}{14}

           = \frac{16-3}{14} = \frac{13}{14}

Difference of   \frac{8}{7} and  \frac{-3}{14}

                   =  \frac{8}{7} -  \frac{-3}{14}<br /><br />                   =  \frac{16-(-3)}{14}<br /><br />                   = \frac{19}{14}

Then ATQ  \frac{13}{14} ÷ \frac{19}{14}

               = \frac{13}{14} X \frac{14}{19}

               = \frac{13}{19}
