Centriole are the organelles found in animal cells. they  have a crucial role in cell division. during cell division Centrioles are involved in the formation of thread like structures called spindle fibers.During cell division the single parent cell divides itself into two daughter cells and the spindle is responsible for separating the duplicate chromosomes to the two daughter cells. It appears in two cylindrical structures. It internally shows the characteristic of cart wheel structure.
