So here is your answer friend..................

First let us find the sum,
-9/7 + 7/3
Take Lcm here i.e. 21

= (-27+49)/21 ...simplify inside brackets
= 22/21....... eq.1

Second find out difference,
3/5 - 2/7 take LCM i.e. 35

= (21-10)/35 ........simplify inside brackets

=11/35 ......... eq.2
Now divide eq1 by eq2

22/21 ÷11/35
=22/21 × 35/11 .....second term reciprocal

= 2/21 ×35 ...... cancel out 11
=70/21 = 3.333 ...(approx)....... Ans.

HOPE IT HELPS YOU........
