Hey dear!
Here is yr answer.....
First, add -9/7 & 7/3 ----
=> -9/7 + 7/3
=> -27+49/21
=> 22/21
Now, subtract 3/5 & 2/7 -----
=> 3/5 - 2/7
=> 21-10/35
=> 11/35
Now, divide 22/21 & 11/35 ------
=> 22/21 ÷ 11/35
=> 22/21 × 35/11
=> 10/3
