x³ + 3x² + 3x + 1 = p(x)

x + 1 = Divisor

By Remainder Theorem :

x + 1 = 0

x = (-1)

p(x) = x³ + 3x² + 3x + 1

p(-1) = (-1)³ + 3(-1)² + 3(-1) + 1

p(-1) = -1 + 3 - 3 + 1

p(-1) = 0

Hence Remainder = 0
