Reminder = 17

According to reminder theorem ,

if P(X) = x⁴ + 1 is suppose to be divided by x - 2

then reminder can be found by determining P(2).

then,

P(X) = x⁴ + 1

P(2) = (2)⁴ + 1

P(2) = 16 + 1 = 17

hence proved .
