speaking about family then the child is nurtured firstly in his or her life through his or her family members ...if we r speaking about media the child become familiar with the social media when he or she grows up and whatever things come in social media affects to his or her thoughts and views... and the Teachers are the poor persons who guide the children in order to become a responsible citizen in future so all these three members have a very demonstrative weapon in their hand in order to shape and nurture the child is the child is inculcated with the thoughts of gender fair society then I hope that the child will follow the same in future too...hope it helps

Equality: A gender fair society is one which gives equal rights and responsibilities to all people irrespective of their gender.

They may be men, women or transsexuals.

Family:

The children should be treated equally and prioritization and restriction should be avoided.

Both men and woman should be given equal rights in decision making

Teachers:

The students should be thought that all genders are equal and no gender is inferior from the other.

No partiality should be shown between the students and they should be educated about the needs and merits of a gender fair society.

Media:

The media should not portray men as the dominant gender and provide awareness to the people about women rights.

Telecast and publish shows and articles that promote unity and equality.
