Do all cells in our body look alike in terms of shape, size and structure ? Explain with the help of examples. What similarities do they gave?

no they aren't... for ex your nerve cells are long but others may be round , oval or polygonal ...
similarity exist as they all are result of the division from pre -existing cells[cell theory]

no. as various cells peform various functions.they are not similar in shape size and structure. for examples neuron cell and nephron cel are different in shape size and structure. they are similar as al shows division of labour
