No all organisms dont eat same type of food as different organisms are specialised with different types of digestive tracts during the process of evolution.The organisation of the body is different for different types of organisms as we go through the taxons we can clearly observe the difference between the organisms

1.no all living organisms doesn't eat similar type of food.
2.but they eat food to live
3.it may vary in each organisms becoz of following factors :-
1.environment
2.nature
3.size of small intestine etc.
4.some animals eat meat,some eat plants the plant eating animals basically have largest small intestine to digest cellulose
