Firstly,organelles are found in eukaryotes.According to the theory of evolution, common ancestry may be a cause of appearance of similarity between two dissimilar organisms.

Though similarity can also be linked to convergence,this similarity being present even in diverse organisms of no environmental similarity,should be considered due to common ancestry.

Since the present eukaryotes are evolved from a common ancestor,they might have been showing this similarity at the organelles level,though not perfectly due to diverse metabolic requirements but somehow ressemble each other.

the structural and functional characteristics of different types of cells are determined by the nature of the proteins present. cells of various types have different functions because cell structure and function are closely related.
