EVALUATION

We have to subtract

 \sf{(3 {x}^{2}  - 2x + 5xy - 7 )\:  \: from \:  \: (8 - 9xy + 3 {x}^{2} - 5x) }

So the required result

 \sf{ = (8 - 9xy + 3 {x}^{2} - 5x) -  (3 {x}^{2}  - 2x + 5xy - 7 )}

 \sf{ = 8 - 9xy + 3 {x}^{2} - 5x -  3 {x}^{2}   +  2x  -  5xy  +  7 }

 \sf{ = 15 - 14xy  - 3x   }

Given  : (3x² - 2x + 5xy - 7) and (8 - 9xy + 3x² – 5x)

To Find : Subtract (3x² - 2x + 5xy - 7) from (8 - 9xy + 3x² – 5x)

Solution:

Subtract (3x² - 2x + 5xy - 7) from (8 - 9xy + 3x2 – 5x)

=   (8 - 9xy + 3x² – 5x) -  (3x² - 2x + 5xy - 7)

=  8 - 9xy + 3x² – 5x  -3x²+ 2x - 5xy + 7

=  8 + 7 -9xy - 5xy + 3x² -  3x² -5x + 2x

= 15 - 14xy - 3x

= -14xy - 3x + 15

Subtract (3x² - 2x + 5xy - 7) from (8 - 9xy + 3x2 – 5x)

=  -14xy - 3x + 15
