Do basic solutions also have H+ (aq) ions? If yes, then why are these basic?

basic solution also have h+ ions in addition to oh-ions .they are basic beacause in these solution oh- ion concentration is greater than h+ ion concentration

Yes, The solution is basic and also have hydrogen ions but in lower quantiity. But the concentration is less as compared to OH- ions that make the solution basic in nature.
