Do basic solutions have positive ions? If yes, why are they basic?

yes... basic solution +ve ions but these ions are less than negative ions therfore they are basic

Yes, The solution is basic and also have hydrogen ions but in lower quantiity. But the concentration is less as compared to OH- ions that make the solution basic in nature
