Yes, festivals of all religions have something in common. In all the festivals, the God is glorified and values such as charity, compassion and affection is displayed.But, all religions follow these ideas differently according to their texts or rules. All religions, in fact, preach only love. So, definitely there is a lot of common things between festivals celebrated

For example, during diwali, the hindus pray to god and give clothes and food to the poor. The same thing hapepens during Christmas.
