Fish do not and cannot cry. ... As for the emotional aspect of crying, governed by the cerebral cortex and limbic system which the Central nervous system of fish lacks- another reason why, they cannot cry. But scientists have discovered a fish that can cry, just vocally though. No tears whatsoever!
